Simmonds was informed that the Flyers responded by winning eight more games in a row to extend their pre-holiday winning streak to ten the last time a teammate got engaged. Simmonds laughed and added, “I guess we need everyone to be engaged here.”

The planner created a contemporary wedding canopy with a linear chrome construction for the newlyweds. While complementing aspects of chrome and mirrored features, including a custom mirror-skirted head table, the simple floral arrangements offered a touch of elegance.

Additionally, the guests were seated at lucite gallery tables with rose gold trimmings that nearly matched their personalized creations.

The organizer, Rachel A. Clingen, Wedding & Event Design, and the couple agree that it was a special day spent working with Laura from Laura & Co. Events, a wedding planner, and the entire Four Seasons Toronto staff.

The wedding was well covered by the Mango Studios, who were responsible for photography. While the Draping of the big day was done by Eventure Design, Lee Petra Grebenau was responsible for the makeup and dress of the beautiful bride.

The Stationery was managed by a well-known company, Paper & Poste, while the dance floor was planned by another form called Event Grafitti. In addition, Corinne McDonald Films took the initiation of cinematography. Finally, Luxe Chairs took care of the tables.

Wayne Simmonds has become a father of two. He is blessed with two daughters.

The right winger for the Toronto Maple Leafs welcomed his first daughter, Kori, in 2019 after a year of marriage. He and his wife, Crystal, gave birth to their second child, a daughter, in February 2022. Wayne’s youngest kid’s name is Kapri. 

According to The Star, Simmonds, the only player to attend the morning skate, rejoined the Maple Leafs on Saturday, brimming with some new-dad energy. However, he had some problems determining the day of the week.

Simmonds thought it might have been Tuesday, but it was Wednesday that he became a father for the second time. Kapri, a newborn, has an older sister named Kori.

Before the Leafs took on the Canucks, the 33-year-old forward remarked, “It was insane.” After that, he went to sleep, but his wife woke him up at five in the morning and told him it was time to get going. Therefore, they arrived at the hospital around 7:30. He was there to support his wife while she waited for our angel.

Simmonds inquired; he didn’t even know what day it was, “is it Saturday?” he asked. He missed Thursday’s 5-2 loss in Calgary.
