Colts Jeff Saturday And Wife Karen Saturday Share 3 Children

Indianapolis Colts center Jeff Saturday and his wife Karen Saturday have been married for nearly twenty years.

Jeff was a four-year letterman at the University of North Carolina for coach Mack Brown’s North Carolina Tar Heels football squad. He was the team’s captain -once as a junior in 1996 -and- again in 1997 as a senior.

He was signed to Baltimore on 27 April 1998 as a free agent just to waive him on 12 June. Then, he returned to Raleigh, North Carolina, where he accepted a position as an electrical supply company manager.

Saturday’s decision to retire after the 2013 Pro Bowl Game came as a shock when he announced it on 25 January 2013. He signed a one-day contract with the Colts on 7 March 2013, deciding to retire from the team.

During the 1998 season, he first grabbed the attention of the Indianapolis Colts when his former college classmate Nate Hobgood-Chittick was on the roster.
